B) hey guys, i am going on a dove hunt monday and was wondering if you had any good dove recipes i could try, the airport here has a bad dove problem due to the surrounding corn and water resources, so i get to help with ridding them of a few.....sweet.i got the old 20 gauge double out last night and oiled her up.

Take your Dove, remove the meat from the breast. Take the Nuggets (two per breast)

Put Dove meat in bowl and add Itialin dressing and Let soak

Take 4-5 fresh green chilies, roast on grill remove skin and seeds, cut chiles in about 1/4 inch slices about 4 inches long.

Take 1 pound bacon cut in half,

Now take strip of bacon lay flat, add slice of chilie, take dove nugget and roll bacon and chile around the dove nugget, hold together with tootpicks

cook on grill at a med heat till bacon and nuggets are cooked good,
