I orderd a new Smoke pole a few weeks ago, but had some changes done to it before it was sent out,

1. had them add 3 inches to barrel length, will be 29inches instead of 26 inches
2. had them flute the barrel
3. had the glass bed the barrel in the stock

Cant wait to get it, the following link has a pic of it.

I orderd the BP-Express with the same stock as the pic

Pretty nice looking rifle. Congrats. Only problem I see is that it has a hole in the barrel. Yep, it runs from one end to the other. ;)

Paul

there are 2 reasons I am buying this gun.

1. I have always wanted to get a trophy coues whitetail with my smoke pole, and every time I have been out and found a good one the shot has always been around 225 yards. a little to far for a good shot with any smoke pole I have now. I have had some smaller class bucks in close but not the trophy I am looking for.

2. Now as far as monster mulies go I have a place down here where its so flat and chock full of brush the only way your gonna get a shot is out of some sort of stand, but with not trees I will have to use a tri-pod stand, during the dec muzzy hunt the big bucks are chasing does, and with this gun I will have a 400 yard shot in any direction, so my plan is to put up the stand and sit and wait till one chases a doe with in range. and I am not talking 180 class deer we are up into the 200 inch class.

And Besides, with the guide/outfitter/scouting service it will Be Tax Deductable

Well it sounds like you have a very exciting rifle and some plans that would make the best use of the rifle you have ordered. Good luck with your rifle. I hope it shoots as well as everyone tells me they do. I am sure it will.

Then get out there and shoot some of them trophy's!!

That sure does look nice! I hope that it lives up to your expectations. Half of the fun is going to be figuring out what bullet powder combo will work best in it. If you are loading 200 grains of powder in that thing you had better carry some Tylenol!

Redgreen Tylenol? Where does it go? Between the powder and bullet or what. Lol. Actually with 200 gr of powder I would be taking something more powerful than tylenol. I am thinking excedrin or bayer may be called for.  Seriously I can't wait for a report on how that cannon shoots.
