Well, Melody and I have to work for the entire duration of Elkatraz. But a certain rental guest group cancelled their reservation here for this weekend so we do get a few days off this month. So since I drew a muzzleloader tag this year, we're packing up our new camper and heading up to the E-III area to see if we can't warm up the elk for the guys. We'll be gone through Tuesday night.

Let's see if old Belcher can produce a harvest for the freezer this year!

Good Luck and God's blessings on your hunt.

P.S. If you would, tie one up for me.

Quick Question, would the days of 13/14 Sept or would sometime around the 25th/26th be more appropriate for a visit. Either would work for me.

Sorry guys, but I pulled the bone-head manuever of all bone-headed manuevers. We got about half way there and I realized I'd left my coveted draw muzzleloader tag at home sitting on my desk where I put it so that I wouldn't forget it. So we camped for a few days up in McBruce's neck of the woods while trying to contact him to come out and play with us. Now we're home, so I guess I'll have to be satisfied with hunting around home. :(

Paul - either dates work for us. Just call and let us know so we can turn off the lights and close the drapes! :o

Larry Sorry to hear you did not get to hunt.

My tag was the first thing I packed. I am in Kansas right now. I have one more day to determine whether to come early or late

I am leaning towards coming early as I also have to stop in CO springs to see the new baby and drop off a gift. I'll call you tomorrow to set things up. :D
