This morning my son, Jason, scored on a nice fork horn. It was a young buck and will be good eating. He shot it with a Muzzy broad head from a treestand at 15 yards. It never ran, it just walked about 20 yards, lay down and never got up. I didn't see any except a doe as I was headed to my stand,it was too dark to shoot. It was a bit wet out but a great day to be in the woods.

Sweeeet Spirit! It's fun time with memories made to share. A day a huntin or fishin with friends and especially friendly family is special.

hfs, I'm saving the backstraps for when Paul gets here. My wife is going to cut them into butterfly steaks, dredge them with flour and seasonigs, brown them in a skillet, then simmer them with mushrooms in brown gravy. :)-
Doe Eyed Gal, hope you score with a nice one.
Thanks everyone, I'll relay the congrats to Jason.
