:eek: :eek: Even if I was starving and needed some fish, I wouldnt eat it, as it said in the article lodges would shell out some $$$$$$$ for a record fish, you could get that money and feed your family longer than that fish. But other than that that fish is huge, too bad it doesnt say how much of a challege it was brining it or what kind of tackle he used. Thats a huge huge huge fish, if I caught it I would probably beat it to death because I would be afraid it could eat me :lol:

BTW-I dont know what its like in Canada but if it was caught here it would have major murcury in it levels for sure. so that might not be the safest to eat, but I could be wrong.

That is one heck of a fish. I'd be scared to swim in a lake with a pike that big :D

Definately respectable. Hey, Foss, those ones that you caught would be bait for that thing. I'm betting that it weighed over 50 pounds. I've got a few pictures of bait too! :P
