It don't matter how big a wolves prey is when killing for a living.

Those wolves sure are killers. Where is the story about them only eating small non game species or rabbits.
If God had a refrigerator would your picture be on it.
Remember the Ark was built by amateurs, the titanic by professionals.

Thanks RobertR for sharing those here with us. I've seen these series of photos and I think there are two more in the series. I think these are great since they were really taken from helicopter by a research team tracking these wolf pack.


Moose no problem, somebody's livestock like their cattle or horses then that's another problem.

But I still think an arrow or bullet is a faster way to go than by tooth and claw.

rowdy....remember the wolves in canada :)

one of the guys shot his bear...stayed in the stand and about 15 mins later there stands a wolf on the game trail.
then off it went in the direction his hit bear went.

he was a bit un nerved about going and tracking a bear with wolves also following it.

they did recover the bear...but the bows were put down and rifles picked up for the tracking and recovery

Bruce I sure do. And they said they heard them in the evening but with my hearing I was :no: able too. :(
