I'm seriously impressed.

A couple thoughts.

I wonder how long it will take for enough photos to be shared across the network to build useful models?
Will the meta tags be able to identify crummy photos and exclude them from the model?
He avoided discussing what format these photos need to be in to work with the software. He did mention size but I think that was it.
