My son, his foster son and I went to a nearby dam today to fish. It is a flood control dam so it isn't filled up yet but we only had to walk about a hundred yards further to wet a line. Man they were biting at least for me. I must have caught about 20 fish. Mostly yellow perch and blue gills. I did catch a real slab sided blue gill and a huge 5 lb (weighed) carp. Man that thing was ugly but really put up a great fight. We just got it on to the bank when my line broke. We didn't keep any just threw them back. I most likely won't have any pics till I get back but we did get pics of the bluegill and the carp.

Today is the first day of Trout season here in PA but the streams are lined up elbow to elbow and that isn't any fun.

If God had a refrigerator would your picture be on it.
