The shortest sentence is "I am", and the longest is "I do". Hmmm...yep, even house work isn't gonna get you out of this one!

My wife is GREAT!!!
I go hunting, she gets a ring.
I go hunting she gets a bracelet.
I go hunting she gets another ring.
This last time I went hunting and she got a new floor in the kitchen, dining room and living room.
I'm looking North or West for the next one and she is looking at cabinets.
Works for me!!!
Just smile, nod and say "yes dear"

When I go hunting, my wife goes with me

When I go camping, my wife goes with me

When I go shooting, my wife goes with me

When I go gun shopping, my wife goes with me (and usually buys the gun for herself)

When I shoot my bow, my wife goes with me (and usually out-shoots me)

I guess we're weird.

But then it's good to be married to your best friend. Best friends DO THINGS TOGETHER!!!!

I am not gonna kiss any of my friends on this site!

Oh Judd

We speak that same unspoken language or wife pleasing. I got 2 years of unlimited hunting when I bought her a new 30 bulb tanning bed for the den. But yet the luster is lost.

But good news! I just bought her a new leather 14 foot sectional for one of the living rooms, that outta get me a few more years of unlimited hunting...

Her loving quote was "go do your hunting and I don't wanna know how much you spent"

I almost cried, I love that woman!

This sounds to familiar. Just the other day I had mentioned that I had a few hundred dollars saved up in my "hunting envelope" and was looking forward to my antelope hunt coming up this fall. Next thing I new my envelope was empty. :o The reason was that I had just bought a new lawn mower and that money was my fun money so she decided to pay off the sears credit card with it. :( I must of missed something somewhere in her analyasis.

Just gotta give the wise members of this forum a little credit. Most of you suggested that I go along with the cabinets and keep the "boss" happy. I pretty much had already resigned myself to this, but just fled the need to safely complain here on the forum. Anyway, taking your advice I went right along with the new cabinets and hard wood floors for the kitchen!. Timing couldn't have been better, because the oportunity for another Colorado elk hunting trip has come my way and the only thing she could say is "sure go ahead."
