Went trout fishing today on the Apple River, near Star Prairie Wi. My son Dan and his girl friend Shannon and his friend Andy and his girl friend and myself made up the group. We were up early and were fishing by 5:30 a.m. The trout bit pretty good, and we kept enough for a meal. Had a great time! Shannon also caught a 17 inch walleye-great eating! The trout were browns and rainbows. Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image
