The thing that strikes me the most is they put the arrow on the opposite side of the bow!

It is no wonder they seldom hit the target. As leo pointed out the arrow is on the off side of the bow, they do not use a nocking point as the draw hand and the string are away from the face. Tey do not use an arrow rest either. But then again if the practice is all about form I guess they are doing all right.
If God had a refrigerator would your picture be on it.
