It'd be great to post pics from photo bucket or from my pc. I've tried twice now to use webshots which worked on the old board but now they post dinky. even if I try it as a link.... the pic is tiny.

Where ya been the past few months? :P

Come outta that cave and start an album in the gallery and upoad just about whatever you want from your PC. Links to add the images to posts are provided right there within the gallery once an image is uploaded.

As to Photo Bucket... I don't know anything about them or their hyperlinking policy other than to say that nothing about hyperlinking to images on other sites has changed on our end. :peace:

Scott:
the gallary here is awesome, easy as all to get photos posted on the boards.
as far as webshots goes... the issue you are having is related to a change they did a while back.
when you open an album and have a photo up. on the right hand side of the screen is a list of links for you to copy and paste, so the photo shows up on the boards.

above those links you will see a number of little boxes with numbers
300 400 500 600 ( can't remember the exact sizes off the top of my head )
click on the 500 before coping the link.
webshots is linking thumbnails unless you increase the size.

you pick the size, then copy the link, bring it over here and click on the insert photo.
our window will have htt:// and a place for the link. before you paste, back space out the http://
reason being the link you are going to paste has all of that there already.
if you don't delete it out of the insert box your code will read
http://http:// and it won't show up.

hope those little tips help out.

Photobucket works good here. Make sure are not on avatar size option. Click on options above the browse button.
The best size is the 640X480 for web sites.
