Only every spotted a couple of these while hunting. This is the first time I had a camera.

Couldn't get any closer.

My sister called and asked me.

What kind of fox is that?

I said, "A dead one!"

"I got some good pictures and then put a bullet between his eyes."

I reveled in her disgust and admonitions for being such a cruel heartless jerk before I admitted I actually didn't shoot the fox. Ha ha! Psyche!

I have to admit, after all these years it's still great fun. Big brothers never tire of teasing baby sisters! :)

Now I get to look forward to the call from my Mom telling me to stop teasing my sister!

Ain't family great!

Nice shoot Leo. We do not get to see too many of those...our coyotes prefer redheads.

Yep if you are seeing foxes, usually means the coyotes aren't bad. Coyotes will exterminate them.

Leo I hve heard that too. Where there are foxes there are few coyotes.

I guess I'm lucky... I get to watch a family of them every day at work. :) Right behind the shop that I work in they have made a den, so we see them very often. Along with deer, turkey, hogs, varmints, and even coyotes. All within the city limits.
