Well I just put in for my tags and will be hopefully getting a colorado archery black bear lic. Season runs from Sept 2-27. Changed how its done this year, with it being unlimited capped lic. All archery black bear tags are over the counter with a cap limit for each GMU.

Will be doing to ole spot and stalk and taking Larry $ with me cause he is legal bait in the state. Hopefully we have some encounters and a harvest.

:)

 I knew I was good for something!

I will be adding a bear tag to every big game license I draw or OTC this fall. That will garantee I don't see a bear this year!

You have made a wise choice, grasshopper, for a black bear hunt partner. It is most wise to have your money with you and possibly even the money's honey.

I realized a few days ago that in Montana you have to have your bear license prio to the start of bear season. Well that being a rather long (and wet) drive from Germany, I have to thank the folks at Montana FWP for putting licenses online. I bought my license online and they will be shipped directly to the house. So Now I can land at 10 pm on the 15th and be ready to go. :D

Hey LArry--- Ever think of visiting Montana in the spring?? It's real nice that time of year and I have a place for ya to stay at night and to stand during the day

Ain't baiting bear with middle aged slow guys illegal in MT? Besides, the donuts wouldn't last an hour in my pack.

A bear does not stand a chance if he tries to take a Ho-Ho away from Larry!!

I still owe him BIG TIME for pushing me down in the snow during the blizzard yesterday! :curse:  :bash: :flush:

Haven't you heard about the change in age categories, the new middle age folks now start at 50 something. :ermm:

See you have a few more years to get to your middle age years Larry$.

It's all that snow that make your sloooooooow way down and little oxygen at those altitudes. :peace:
