Welcome guidom I know where Duncannsville is. I live near Bellefonte and have a son that lives in Altoona. What varmints do you hunt. I like to hunt groundhogs but have not taken the time for a while to get out. I have tried yote hunting but to no avail. I am going to be pretty busy till after Turkey season but maybe we could get together after that. I'll keep it in mind.

hello PA RIDGE RUNNER

sounds great. I love to hunt all varmints, but none of my friends do, and there is no fun in hunting alone. Can't wait for turkey. I retired last October, and am bored to death. Keep in touch.

Welcome and there are several folks here from the Penn's. country. :peace:

I wish a very happy retirement. Mine just got pushed weigh back from this economic conundrum we're all in. :zipped:

Well we have something else in common I am retired too. Where we differ is I am quite busy I now wonder how in the world I ever got the home repairs, lawn mowing, snow removal, wood cutting etc done when I was working.

I also am from Pa. I live in the Pine Creek valley not far from Williamsport. I am not retired but I was laid off for three months, back to work now on a temporary basis. I love hunting wood chucks.

One thing I must warn you is this if you ever meet Paridgerunner and I have no doubt that you just might. Just remember he is very quiet and reserved so come ready to carry the conversation. Just kidding you might have a problem getting a word in. :D   Once again Welcome.
