Okay, I'm willing to bet that most all of us include a .22 rifle among our firearms, so what's your's? Jason and I have a Remington model 597 semi auto with a camo synthetic stock and a matching camo Simmons scope. It's a very well made rifle....for a Remington. Posted Image

I've got:

1. Marlin model 56 lever action clip fed with Lymen peep sights
2. Ruger 10/22 Sporter with 4X Tasco
3. Mauser model 410 bolt action clip fed

I have sold or traded the following in the past 10 years:

1. Weatherby XXII semi-auto clip fed
2. Winchester model 490 semi-auto
3. Anshutz / CIL semi-auto
4. Cooey single shot bolt action
5. Remingtom single shot bolt action
6. Browning trombone pump (FN patent)

I think I've also owned 5 or 6 .22 handguns, but alas, I've sold or traded them all as their restricted use in Canuckistan is a red tape nightmare! But just to recall them:

1. Colt Diamondback 6" revolver
2. High Standard Victor 5-1/2" semiauto
3. Ruger Single Six Convertable revolver
4. Ruger Single Six revolver
5. Ruger MKI semiauto
6. Browning Nomad semiauto
7. Ranger (pocket gun) revolver

I just love the .22 rifle. It's my favorite for plinkin', target shooting and small game.

Mossberg 702 Plinkster. $100 and it was all mine. Not the prettiest or best contructed .22 out there, but it's a fun little gun to shoot.

Old Springfield Model 86C that belonged to my grammpa. Lot's of squabbits have fallen to that old rifle and it still shoots great today.

My 22s are all bolt action as I cannot hunt with a semiauto in PA. I have dads old Marlin he bought new in 42 for $12.00 and Eric and I have Marlin-Glenfield I believe are model 25s. I have a 22 barrel for my contender and a Walther PP in 22lr also. I may have another one that I am not remembering right now.

I have a 15 shot Steven's bolt action 22 with a tubular magazine. It is older than I am. LOL

Also a Ruger 10/22 rifle and a Ruger Mark 2 pistol I use for trapping.
