I was gone last week in Ontario fishing with some friends and this is one morning?s catch of smallish pike and walleyes. Fresh walleyes and pike made for some good eating all week. Not a trophy trip for size. This is definitely a spoiler week of fishing for Ohio fishermen when the numbers are so high every day and we through back twice what we kept for eating or freezing to bring back. Great trip.

My camera went on the fritz on me so I didn't take any photos this trip.

We didn't see much wild life other than beaver and bald eagles, no moose or black bears this year, which in the past they were a daily event. One of the other guys saw an otter and we saw whitetail deer that was a first.

Now you did it man I am hungry for fresh walleye fillets. They are so good right out of the lake and into the pan. Enjoy those fish.
