We got drawn for another elk tag in AZ. It was not our first choice but it is an elk hunt. We filled both our tags 5 min apart last year.:stir: Lets see if we can do it again, it is an early cow hunt. I get to try out my new Badlands back pack this year. We also have our eye's on some nice Mullies this year for archery season. one of them last fall was a 7x8 monster. The other one we saw during the Jan. Javelina season was a big 4x4. We almost got a shot at him before they got spook by another truck coming up the road close by.:hunter: We need to go and try to find their sheds

AZ elk tags don't come easy, congrats!! Head bone don't cook for a darn -- cow elk don't have the head bone so that to me would be a great hunt, good luck.
