This afternoon the HR Social Network underwent a system-wide software upgrade.
This included the Forums, Blog System, Gallery, Calendar, and Live Chat.

The first thing all members will need to do is clear their browser cache and all Hunting Resource cookies.
(If you are unsure of how to do this, simply scroll to the bottom of this page and click the link that reads "Delete My Cookies".)
Then close and re-open your web browser. You will have to login after doing this on your first visit. From there on out you will be set (assuming you check the "Remember Me" box when logging in).

At first glance the changes in the system may not be noticeable. However, the first thing you should notice is the ability to login using your HR credentials OR your Facebook, Twitter, or OpenID credentials. Member profiles are also now more "Facebook-like". Should you choose to allow it in your profile settings, you can share "Status Updates" between HR and Facebook. (So, if you update your status here it will auto-update on Facebook and vice versa.) We are now also able to share the things we do here on HR automatically as "Tweets" on Twitter, if we so choose.

The new "Social Bookmarks" feature now extends throughout the entire community. So, any post, gallery image, or blog entry you like here you will be able to post to Facebook, for example, with the "Like" feature.

Additionally, all topics now have a preview feature before clicking them. (When mousing over a topic title you will see a faded button appear to the right of the title. Click that button and a preview will appear. This saves a little loading time rather than having to actually click on a topic just to find it may be something you are not interested in reading.)

There are several other new features within the HR Network. Some you will likely find on your own while others we will be sure to mention as time goes by.
