Got a couple turkeys in the freezer righ now. I understand they are plentiful in New Zealand.

Good luck on the Fallow buck. Fallow is good venison. Take a picture if you get one.

Gidday boys - Got a small Fallow buck ( 10 points ) and 2 does for the freezer , once I walked back to get the truck , we only had to drag them 200 yards. Too easy.

Simon, something I just gotta know.... since you hunted the Wallaby's are they good tablefare? I just wondered whether they're hunted for tablefare, or if they're just like a nuisance animal over there?

Hello - They are very much a nuisance , in some areas could shoot 100 a day. No good to eat , even dogs dont do very good on the meat. Great fun to shoot tho ! Simon
