Alright I have been water fowl hunting now for about 5 years and have yet tasted a goose I liked. Does anyone really eat these things? How do you cook them? I tried to even feed a chunk of meat to my dog and she snubbed it. BLAH!!!

jerky is the answer. go to Wally wrold and buy some Moores marinade slice thinly. marinade over night. Get a dehidrator form wally world a Nesco works very well. place slices on trays, lightly dust with white peper and dry to liking.
I personaly think the dryer the better
eeeeeeemmmmmmm. eat away
I also have made duck jerky as well as elk and deer. A great freind of mine who is a TV outdoorsman has tried my jerky and has told me that it was great stuff. Met him in Vegas a couple of times :D
