The other night I woke up at midnight and the motion sensing light out front was on.  I looked out the side window and saw a deer going down the drive and around the front of the house.  I then realized that deer was not in range of that light so I sneaked down to the living room and sure enough there was not one deer but at least 6 of them.  They were bumping the bird feeder with their heads and eating what fell on the ground.  It happened again last night but there was only one deer this time and it was at the other feeder doing the same bump and eat routine.  The light does not seem to bother the deer at all.  I did put the one feeder on a rope and pulled up into the tree so now I have to find another rope to do the same with the other.  Man what one sees after the season is over.

You are right Leo.  We filled that feeder nearly every day and it holds several pounds of feed.
